This is for a general one-hour coaching session with me.  After you book the time, I will send you an invite.  My default would be with Microsoft Teams, as I know some of my corporate customers do not allow Zoom, but I also have a subscription to it and can use it if you prefer.

It is helpful if you drop me an email or note about the topics you wish to cover (so I can prepare additional resources and information for you), but it is your time with me and your agenda, so you can also just show up and talk about what's on your mind.
